Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Physician Pro Fee Coding
Specialist in Neurology/CT Surgery.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze patient medical records for accurate coding of
diagnostic and procedure codes
Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and third-party
billing requirements
Maintain confidentiality and report coding-related issues to
management and the education team
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED required
Associate Degree in Health Information Management or related field
preferred
1 year coding certification in Health Information Management or
related field preferred
4-6 years of experience in physician offices or clinics with
diagnostic and procedure coding required
Certifications such as CPC, CCS-P, or RHIT required
