Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Procurement & ESG to lead procurement operations and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with business growth and sustainability objectives
Analyze spending data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement risk management practices
Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and suppliers, leading contract negotiations and performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) or relevant certifications preferred
7+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment
Expertise in vendor negotiation, strategic sourcing, and procurement strategy development
Strong understanding of sustainability and ESG principles as they relate to procurement
Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems, with familiarity in automation solutions preferred
