A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Audience Strategy
(LGBTQ+ Focus).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients,
translating their needs into strategic work
Develop and nurture long-lasting client relationships while
managing multiple projects simultaneously
Lead the shaping of digital strategies, including content creation
and community management across various social platforms
Required Qualifications
6+ years of social media strategy/management and digital marketing
experience, preferably in an agency setting
Experience in developing strategies for historically marginalized
audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
projects
Experience managing accounts for large brands or entertainment
properties is a plus
