Job Description:
A company is looking for a C-Corp Compliance and Provision
Consultant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual income
tax provisions and returns
Prepare federal and state C-Corp income tax returns and work-paper
support
Conduct tax research and prepare tax memoranda on various tax
issues
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in corporate and/or Big-4 public
accounting
Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred/MST desirable
Willingness to travel to local client sites
Experienced with Microsoft Excel and corporate tax return
preparation software
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
environment
