Job Description:

A company is looking for a Precision Medicine Therapeutic Area Lead - Cardiometabolic/General Medicine.
Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement biomarker and human data strategies for patient stratification
Shape strategic vision for precision medicine strategies at the asset and indication level
Build and maintain collaborations with academic institutions and industry partners to accelerate innovation in cardiometabolic diseases

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree with 5 years of relevant industry or academic translational research experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience
MD, PhD, or MD/PhD with 8+ years of experience in clinical development and translational science in cardio/metabolic diseases preferred
Expertise in translational research, clinical biomarkers, and precision medicine approaches
Experience in developing and implementing biomarker strategies across clinical programs
Knowledge of clinical trial design and regulatory pathways for biomarker development
