A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and processing of global payroll,
ensuring compliance with regulations
Support the development and maintenance of payroll policies and
procedures
Manage and mentor a team of payroll professionals while overseeing
vendor relationships and year-end processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
At least 7 years of experience in payroll
Minimum of 3 years of experience in global payroll operations
Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach
Fluency in written and spoken English
