Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers, agents, and clients via phone and web to
address insurance-related inquiries and follow up on outstanding
issues
Assist with problem resolution and ensure accurate information is
entered into the system according to company guidelines
Process policies and related documents efficiently while
maintaining confidentiality and security of information
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least six months of customer service-related experience
Fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, spelling, and
grammar)
