Job Description:
A company is looking for a Spanish Third Shift Senior Account
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complex customer service inquiries and issues via telephone,
digital, or chat channels
Navigate computerized systems for responding to customer questions
and troubleshooting
Manage and escalate customer-impacting issues to management as
necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of customer service experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and
telephones
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time
basis
