Job Description:
A company is looking for a Return-to-Work Coordinator to
facilitate the placement of injured workers in Transitional Duty
assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations for
Transitional Duty placements
Identify suitable assignments that match injured workers' abilities
and restrictions
Coordinate placements and manage administrative tasks related to
volunteer assignments
Required Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Experience in customer service
Comfortable with heavy phone work
Able to manage competing priorities
