Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Training and Enablement
Specialist to support their Enablement team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Revenue Team to design and implement training
programs addressing knowledge gaps
Organize and facilitate engaging live training sessions and provide
ongoing support
Manage learning tools and create dynamic learning materials for the
team
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a learning, enablement, or training role
(preferred, but not required)
Proficient in content creation tools and learning management
systems
Familiarity with training needs assessment and gap analysis
Organized, proactive, and friendly personality with a passion for
helping others
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively
