Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Assistant (MA) with remote
work experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups
Handle medical records, data entry, and documentation in EHR
systems
Monitor, triage, and respond to incoming member messages
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a medical assistant or in an administrative
support role in a healthcare setting
Strong familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Experience in message triaging, charting, or medical
documentation
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
efficiently
Familiarity with telemedicine platforms is a plus
