Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Manager to join their
global HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject-matter expert for Workday HCM systems,
ensuring data integrity and process improvements
Maintain internal database files, develop custom reports, and
support Global Payroll teams with reporting functions
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to implement and
maintain Workday solutions and integrations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Information Management
Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Five plus years of experience with Workday HCM and systems
implementation
Advanced experience in Workday HRIS modules including recruiting,
compensation, and payroll
In-depth knowledge of Workday security processes, integrations, and
data loads
Experience managing confidential information and ensuring
compliance with policies and regulations
