Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Compliance Specialist -
Derivatives, Margin and OTC.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compliance control coverage for product launches and
implement country product restrictions
Generate compliance plans in collaboration with cross-functional
teams to align with business objectives
Work with product and compliance teams to ensure regulatory
controls are in place for timely launches
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of financial regulatory industry experience, preferably in
crypto or fintech
Strong knowledge of derivatives and relevant regulatory
frameworks
Understanding of crypto products and technology
Up-to-date knowledge of recent regulatory developments
Experience in managing multiple projects based on regulatory risk
and business needs
