A company is looking for a Senior Director, Warranty Service &
Repair Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement new revenue-generating repair services and
maintenance plans
Build and manage a nationwide network of service repair
technicians, ensuring high-quality service through training and
performance metrics
Lead the development of a service management platform to enhance
operational efficiency and customer experience
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in service operations or extended warranty
management
Proven expertise in scaling service repair networks and launching
new service revenue streams
Strong background in 3PL vendor management and parts
procurement
Experience in developing service management platforms and
familiarity with warranty service models
