Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Estimator to provide accurate
vehicle repair estimates for mobile on-site fleet service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor vehicle repair estimates, ensuring quality and
adherence to timelines and costs
Evaluate repair necessity and costs, while addressing customer
issues and maintaining communication
Develop positive relationships with team members and customers,
providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant experience, or a
degree/certification with 3 years of experience
3+ years of experience in service advisement, maintenance
coordination, or a similar role
Proficiency in software for generating repair estimates
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt
to changing priorities
Experience in a diesel vehicle service department or dealership
environment is preferred
