pThestrong Terminal Manager /strongis responsible for effectively directing and managing a specified terminal location and the delegated local representatives./p

pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p

liSupervise all terminal personnel and issues./li
liComplies with instructions and acts as directed by upper management./li
liIdentifies and resolves issues/tasks in a timely manner./li
liRecognized by team, peers, and management as a key supporter./li
liPlan, implement, and oversee the work of staff members to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational requirements and company procedures./li
liConsults with appropriate management to determine appropriate actions for problematic issues./li
liConduct ongoing audits, meet with individual staff members, direct other work activities designed to promote work safety, and encourage continuing education among staff members./li
liEnsure staff members fully and consistently comply with company rules, administrative procedures, and policies./li
liCollaborate with staff members and fellow managers to create, modify, and implement goals, procedures, policies, and objectives when the opportunity presents itself./li
liArranges equipment to be available when needed./li
liCoordinate special projects assigned./li

liExperience in management, operation, and leadership./li
