Volt is immediately hiring for Sr. Project Manager (Electrical
Manufacturing) in Denton, TX.
This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity.
Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 annually + Bonus
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a closely
related field.
6+ years of project management experience, with significant
experience managing electrical manufacturing projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
Working knowledge of relevant UL standards (UL891, UL508A,
UL67).
Proven leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
skills.
PMP Certification is highly preferred.
Proficiency with project management software like Jira is
preferred.
As a Sr. Project Manager (Electrical Manufacturing) you will:
Lead the planning and execution of complex electrical panel
manufacturing projects for a rapidly growing company.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
from initiation to completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams (Sales,
Engineering, Production, QC, Shipping) and external stakeholders
(Customers, Vendors).
Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards,
and regulatory/safety compliance (including UL standards).
Oversee project documentation and reporting, utilizing project
management software.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive
continuous improvement in project execution processes.
