Title: Healthcare Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to manage data from multiple sources and write complex SQL queries.
Experience with Power BI (strong preference) and Tableau for data visualization and performance scorecards.
Focused on Qualtrics (survey and analytics) , candidates need to have this
Ability to work across various healthcare domains (acute, ambulatory, health plan).
Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to senior leadership.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum)

Day to Day: Develop and maintain performance dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
Analyze and integrate data from acute, ambulatory, health plan, and population health domains.
Work closely with senior leadership to define key performance metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends across various healthcare domains.
Meeting with Stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss recommendations for data output.
