Job Description:
A company is looking for an R&D Consulting Principal to join
their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead consulting projects focused on data strategies and
R&D process optimization
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and
operational improvements
Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to identify pain points
and implement solutions in drug discovery and clinical trials
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in management consulting within Life
Sciences R&D
Experience leading consulting engagements and managing
cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
and develop strategic recommendations
Experience in defining epics, features, and user stories for
digital transformation initiatives
Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, or MS) in a Life Science related field
is preferred
