Job Description:
A company is looking for Licensed Project Architects or
Designers in Austin, TX.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from schematic design through construction documents
and close-out
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, consultants, and
clients
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and
construction documentation
Required Qualifications
Licensed architect or experienced architectural designer
5+ years of experience in architectural design, project management,
or construction documentation
Proficiency in Revit; experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SketchUp,
and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and permitting
processes
Ability to manage project phases effectively with attention to
detail
