Job Description:
A company is looking for an International Trade Attorney to
support compliance and regulatory matters related to customs
clearance for cross-border fulfillment programs.
Key Responsibilities
Support compliance and regulatory matters related to customs
clearance
Assist the Customs & Trade Team in engagements with 3P customs
brokers and manage disputes with outside counsel
Perform logistics work, including transactional and regulatory
tasks related to competition law and global logistics
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree with active US state bar membership
Experience in compliance and regulatory matters related to
customs
Experience working with customs brokers and managing disputes
Ability to perform logistics-related work
Experience in a big company or tech company is preferred
