Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to provide
support in litigation phases under the supervision of an
attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the attorney in trial preparation and drafting legal
documents
Organize and evaluate medical records for discovery and trial
preparation
Conduct investigations and aid in preparation for depositions and
trials
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of experience in PIP Litigation preferred
Experience in legal research, investigations, and preparing legal
documents
Knowledge of Florida PIP, legal ethics, and judicial procedures
Proficiency with various PC software applications and legal
research tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and understand legal
terminology
