Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Onboarding & Engagement
Manager to oversee customer onboarding and engagement projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple technical projects, ensuring timely execution and
accountability
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to confirm project scope
and success criteria
Identify and mitigate risks in onboarding accounts while ensuring a
smooth transition to the RUN team post-go live
Required Qualifications
5+ years of customer-facing Project Management experience in an
agency or SaaS setting
Understanding of Search and AI technologies in enterprise
environments
Experience with various Project Management methodologies such as
Waterfall, Kanban, and Scrum
Project Management or Agile Certification (PMP, SAFe, CSM, Six
Sigma) is a plus
Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related
field is preferred
