Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of IT Quality Assurance
(QA) and Automation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of QA engineers and testers, ensuring
quality standards and deadlines are met
Develop and enforce QA policies, procedures, and standards across
the IT department
Analyze testing data to identify improvements and promote an
"automation first" mindset
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field, or 6+ years of equivalent experience
Proven experience in a QA managerial or leadership role in
Information Technology
Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes, and best
practices
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and DevOps
practices
Strong leadership and influence skills with the ability to manage
and motivate a team
