Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Biostatistics-RWE.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead RWE activities in clinical development and collaborate with
R&D counterparts
Oversee secondary data study protocol development, statistical
analysis, and results interpretation
Contribute to the development of RWE strategy and enhance
statistical expertise within the organization
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Statistics/Biostatistics required; PhD
preferred
10+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
with a master's degree; 7 years with a PhD preferred
Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and real-world
data
Experience with statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Python) and
secondary data sources
Oncology experience preferred
