Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Coaching Director to lead and
enhance coaching initiatives for multi-entity organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and support Lead Coaches and Subject Matter Leads,
overseeing hiring and collaboration with program staff
Ensure consistent coaching quality and effectiveness through
onboarding, training, and staying updated on movement
infrastructure trends
Monitor project progress, improve processes, and co-create
resources for program design and implementation
Required Qualifications
10+ years of nonprofit management experience, with 5+ years in a
multi-entity organization
Understanding of multi-entity governance, compliance, finance, and
operational systems
Demonstrated experience managing a team of consultants and staff
members
Proven project management skills centered around collaboration and
innovation
Knowledge of the progressive ecosystem and personal alignment with
organizational values related to equity and justice
