Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager Associate -
Commercial Lines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and customer service support to the account
team and manage smaller-sized accounts
Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing,
claims, and coverage analysis
Manage policy expirations and renewals, including conducting client
research and preparing proposals
Required Qualifications
7+ years of customer service experience in the insurance
industry
Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
Required active licensing; professional designation preferred
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
