Job DescriptionBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking
Design and Analysis Engineers in Berkeley, MO or Richardson, TX to
join the F-22 Raptor Mission Design and Analysis Team with a focus
on developing cutting edge engineering solutions to continue to
advance the world's premier air superiority fighter.As a Design and
Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for developing
engineering solutions for the F-22 Raptor, including both enhancing
existing field units with the addition of new capabilities as well
as architecting and testing completely new systems. - In this role
you will be joining a cross-functional team to progress our
products through the development lifecycle. Tasks include
developing requirements to support customer needs, designing a
networked architecture to enable new capabilities, and authoring
test plans and procedures.Our teams are currently hiring for a
broad range of experience levels including; Associate and
Experienced Design and Analysis Engineers.Position
Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, engaging with
multiple teams and being responsive to agile requirements and
critical path customer need dates
- Collaborate with Responsible Engineers, customer technical
staff, suppliers, and Lockheed Martin teammates to develop and
document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for
F-22 avionics sub-systems and weapon system architecture
- Analyze and translates requirements into system architecture,
hardware and software designs and interface specifications in
support of lab and operational environments
- Define verification procedures for critical tests of various
kinds to validate performance of designs to requirements
- Review test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy,
quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customerThis position
is expected to be 100% on site. The selected candidate will be
required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This
position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S.
Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been
active in the past 24 months is considered active)This position
requires the ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S.
Government requires U.S. Citizenship only. F-22 Special Access
Program (SAP) clearanceBasic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study
in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science
- (Level 2) 2+ years of working experience with a Bachelor's or a
Master's degree
- (Level 3) 5+ years of working experience with a Bachelor's OR
3+ years with a Master's OR a PhD
- Experience in avionics, electrical, and/or a mission systems
rolePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- Capable of traveling 10% of the time
- Experience with agile development methodologiesTypical

related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the
