Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Revenue Cycle Billing to
oversee a team within the revenue cycle management function.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and train a team to ensure operational efficiency and
performance results
Collaborate with internal teams and manage client relationships to
achieve revenue cycle objectives
Research and resolve claim statuses, manage denial initiatives, and
ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent years of experience
5 years of revenue cycle management or relevant healthcare
experience required
2-4 years of supervisory experience required
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with RCM software
Certified Professional Biller preferred but not required
